Starting & Validation
Is the idea worth pursuing?
Test whether an idea deserves further investment before you commit months to it.
Learn what you need. Find who you need.
A selective six-month program that starts with your business, personalizes what you learn, and helps find the professional relationships you need next.
Krignal School is for entrepreneurs and aspiring founders with genuine intent and the readiness to do the work. Admission is by application, and joining the waitlist does not guarantee selection.
You have an idea, problem or market you want to explore seriously.
You are validating, building, finding customers or establishing the business.
You have traction and are working through growth, people, capital, distribution or scale.
You are growing, transforming or taking forward an existing business.
Testing an idea or beginning to build while studying.
Returning to India and exploring, starting or acquiring a business.
Moving from employment into entrepreneurship.
Preparing to enter, expand or transform a family enterprise.
Stage does not determine selection. Serious intent and readiness to do the work do.
Every entrepreneur selected for the School gets a learning pathway shaped around their business, practical application, access to practitioners and peers, need-led professional matching, and the opportunity to earn the Krignal School certificate.
Your assessment determines your recommended lessons, and is revisited every two months as your business changes.
Every lesson is put to work on your own business, not on a case study. You show what you changed and what happened.
Every lesson has its own discussion, plus founders and operators who have solved the same problem before.
Krignal searches for relevant potential matches based on what your business needs — customers, partners, advisors and experts.
Awarded for real evidence of applying what you learned. Not for showing up.
Selected entrepreneurial journeys may be featured on Krignal TV, subject to editorial selection and consent.
Everyone who earns the Krignal School Certificate receives a visible badge on their Krignal profile.
It starts with an honest assessment of your business. That shapes what you learn and how you apply it, and the professional relationships Krignal searches for as your needs emerge.
Learn only what matters now. Apply it, discuss it and learn from others.
Explore learningIt starts with an honest look at your business. Every two months you reassess, and your recommendations change based on what you have learned and applied.
Stage, model, customers, revenue, team, constraints.
The underlying constraint or opportunity, not just the symptom.
Ranked, not a wish list. Revisited every two months.
A guided assessment helps identify the few priorities that matter most now.
A personalized set of lessons, mapped to those priorities.
Put the learning to work in your business, and discuss it in the Forum.
Every two months, retake the assessment. Your recommendations change as your business moves, and matching surfaces as real needs emerge.
Your assessment determines what you need to learn now. Take a short practical lesson, apply it to your business, discuss it in the Forum, and learn from practitioners. You do not take everything. Below are some examples from the learning library.

Every lesson has its own discussion inside the Krignal community.

Share what you tried and what happened.
See how other entrepreneurs approached the same problem.
Founders and specialists join selected discussions.
Learn. Apply. Discuss.
A lesson gives you a starting point. Application turns it into experience. The Forum lets you learn from what happens next.
Krignal is a professional matching network. Based on a stated need, it searches for relevant potential matches, commercial or non-commercial. Matching follows the needs that emerge as you work on your business.
You state a need, Krignal searches for relevant potential matches, and an introduction happens only when both sides agree.
Tell Krignal specifically what you are looking for.
For relevant potential matches based on need, stage and timing.
See who it is and why the match may be relevant.
An introduction happens only when there is mutual interest.
Matching is available throughout the program but never guaranteed. The goal is relevance, not more introductions.

Three things. It is assessment-led, so it starts with your business and not a fixed curriculum. It is applied, so every lesson is put to work and the certificate is earned through evidence, not attendance. And it is built on a professional matching network, so learning is connected to relevant people and opportunities as real needs emerge.
Not yet. The first cohort waitlist is now open. Waitlist members will hear first when applications open.
No. Admission will be selective and every place will still require an application when admissions open.

Yes. Everyone who earns the Krignal School Certificate receives a Krignal School badge on their Krignal profile. The badge indicates that the member has met the School's applied-learning standard.
No. A match may be commercial or non-commercial: a mentor, expert or peer just as easily as a customer, partner or investor. Krignal searches on your stated need, and both sides must agree before anything moves.
It's neither. No fixed curriculum, no equity, no funding promise. We assess each business first, teach only what it needs, and run need-led matching as part of the program.
Most lessons are 10 to 30 minutes. The larger commitment is applying what you learn to your business and taking part in relevant Forum or peer discussions.
The School lasts six months. Your Krignal profile can continue beyond the School, subject to the applicable Krignal membership terms. The network does not end when the program does.
